About Olga
For me, Yoga is synonymous with happiness. Teaching and practicing with my students is the way I develop how to be an individual contributing to society. I love helping others discover their own potential and offering them tools to better manage their daily challenges and find yourself. I was getting closer to yoga, escaping from the stress caused by my previous job (hotel manager) and because an important health situation made me realize the importance of the benefits that this discipline brings me. I have been teaching for about a year although my initial experience started in Dubai in 2012.

My teaching methodology is based on the traditional Hatha Yoga style originating from North India, created by Swami Sivananda. My classes follow a standard format that begins with a routine of breathing exercises to prepare the body and mind for physical practice; And then we start the sequence of asanas, always starting with greetings to the sun with variations. I also include some balance or strength or inverted poses, depending on the focus of the session. Finally I finish the sessions with some twists to relax and prepare for the final Savansana. I always adapt my classes to the students and their needs. I also do guided meditations.
