Certified yoga teacher from Karnataka south zone yoga association , have been teaching and practicing yoga for the past 5 yrs , have knowledge of power yoga and Patanjali yoga , yoga includes warm up of entire body, meditations, surya namaskar and various asanas.

My teaching method is I start my class with chanting various vibration sounds , warm ups , then pranayamas , power surya namaskar which helps in full body work out and weight reduction , later asanas like each set of asanas per day i.e standing , sitting or sleeping or full body relaxation on the last day of the week
