About Ashton
Hi! I'm Ashton. I have a husband of 11 years and 2 awesome kids, 6 and 8. I am very passionate about yoga and helping others. All of my working life, before kids and my own health journey, I worked in customer service, so helping people has always been my thing. However, after kids I knew I wanted something more, and different. Health and wellness is very important to me. I was a Zumba Instructor for 3 years, until an injury took me out, I'm a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist helping mothers achieve their breastfeeding hardships and goals, and of course a yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga since 2016 and now as a teacher I love being able to guide students in their own personal journeys.

I cater carefully to each class I teach. Every pose, the sequence of the poses, theme of the class, and playlist are intentional. I meet the energy of each class. I am very alert and aware of my students during class to see if anyone needs assistance. Each person is at a different stage in their yoga journey and I strive to assist each student reach their goals.
