About Logan
I started my athletic career in Chinese martial arts, for 8 years, at the national level. I participated in many competitions and demonstrations. Then the rest of my career for 8 years in the artistic gymnastics in different clubs in which I participated in national competitions. I then decided to live fully my passion, I passed the various degrees and acquired a maximum of experience in different structures in France. Recently my path is directed towards yoga, a peaceful way and full of happiness. As a Coach in the Logan Fitnes Room 715 Albert Einstein Street - Aix en Provence 13290 I teach: -of artistic gymnastics since 6 years degree by the French Gymnastics Federation. Female artistic gymnastics / Acrobatic / Awakening of fitness since 4 years graduated from the Brévet state of activities in group classes Jumping, cross training, cardio boxing, thigh size buttocks, body bar -direct coaching since 3 years - Yoga since soon 2 years. Graduated by the International Yoga Federation 200H Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, AcroYoga, Aerial Yoga

My classes are adapted to the public, whether beginners or experienced, I always propose different variations for the same exercise. My classes always begin with a complete warm-up of the body before moving on to the body of the session. The setting is family and friendly but I'm here to motivate you, encourage and achieve your goals!

Logan est une personne trés à l'écoute et bienveillante. Il est un bon pédagogue et ses cours sont agréables à suivre, une bonne ambiance et parfois des moments de rigolades... de plus on voit facilement qu'il est passionné et qu'il sait de quoi il parle, et ça, ça change tout :)
