About Uranus
I'm Oranus, 37 years old from Iran. I'm living in Malaysia since 2009. I studied my Master's and PhD at UPM. Along my main job as an English instructor, I gained a lot of interest in yoga about 6 years ago and years later in 2021, I started taking it serious by attending Yoga Teacher Training classes at MAYI Yoga Academy in Kuala Lumpur to become a yoga teacher. I am almost done with my course and soon I will obtain my certificate in teaching yoga.

I am ready to teach yoga flow. My classes begin with a short meditation on awareness, following by Pawanmuktasana (a gentle warming-up), Surya Namaskar, yoga flow, a Pranayama (breathing practice) and Savasana. This class is set for one hour. I'm ready to teach everyday.
My previous students were satisfied with my teaching and they claimed that I was not teaching too fast or slow and the way I taught didn't confuse them. They felt almost relaxed and happy at the end of the session.
