About Priyanka

I am a national level certified Yoga Coach. Conducting online private coaching as well as group coaching.
My sessions will be only for women and girls - beginners and having specific health issues, back pain, neck pain, diabetes, weight loss, weight management, thyroid, acidity reflux etc. Currently conducting private coaching for health issues women & for weight loss.

About the lesson

I teach yoga online on Skype app. Session is of 45 Minutes. My session will include all the basic yogasanas, pranayams, cyclic meditation, yog nidra, diet consulation as per ayurveda and health tips according to various health conditions. My session is only for Women and girls specifically.
