My teaching method is very simple.
Tune in using mantra “OM” and intention set (keep your focus on a breath through out the class)
Gentle hatha flow, pranayama, muscles stretching for stress relief, breath control through out the class..
One or two tricky asanas such as frog pose or a crow pose or even a headstand following up with relaxing shivasana meditation.
