About Laia
I'm Laia, a lover of movement and simple living. Yoga is my way of returning to the present, listening to myself, and feeling strong.
I'm a very active person, so you'll always find me practicing some sport or activity that allows me to connect with nature.
I believe in a balanced life, without demands or restrictions, that begins in the mind and is reflected in the body.
I'm also a freelance creative director, specializing in the fashion, beauty, and wellness sectors.
