About Asana with Nastassja
I am a teacher with more than 500 hours of experience. I've taught for 4 years (in homes, gyms, events) and have a practice of my own to ensure that I challenge my students. (Practice what you teach). My students can see progress/growth after each session from strength to flexibility and certainly a calmer approach to everyday life.

I pride myself in facilitating each student personally so that they can be the best version of themselves. I believe that you don't have to be a pretzel in order to enjoy all the wonderful benefits of Yoga. You deserve to feel safe while you grow and therefore I explain why, demonstrate how & give modifications/adjustments every breath of the way. My classes are fun, informative, challenging & rewarding. I base my classes on the fine balance between kindness and improvement.
