I’m Rajitha, with over 5 years of experience guiding individuals toward better physical, mental, and emotional well-being through traditional yoga practices. I specialize in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and therapeutic yoga for blood pressure, PCOD, stress, anxiety, sinus issues, asthma, migraine, gastric problems, and weight loss. My sessions include classical asanas, Surya Namaskaras, Chandra Namaskaras, meditation, and a wide range of pranayamas (breathing techniques), along with traditional kriyas (internal cleansing techniques) to support overall health. I focus on helping students improve flexibility, maintain fitness, build strength, manage lifestyle-related challenges, and develop concentration and emotional balance — all while honoring each individual's unique health needs and goals. She had very great experience in teaching as well. She was a national level yoga competition student. She was also familiar with content in certification of yoga professionals book. She can do advance yoga asanas, kriyas, pranayamas etc. And she also had the experience of vepasana meditation which a camp of 7 days where we completely dedicate yourself to meditation without phone etc..
She is patient and explains well. I know her teaching has really helped me. She explained the therapy yoga clearly. Also, she knows yoga in the traditional path and anatomy. She knows all the poses of yoga exactly and how to do them in the right way. She follows the breathing techniques in yoga poses. I highly recommend her as a good tutor and well-disciplined.
