About Zoe
My name is Zoé, I am 29 years old. I have been teaching Vinyasa yoga, Power yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga for children since I was trained in Bali, Indonesia, and India. I also have degrees in Psychology, Pilates, Anatomy, and Nutritional Coaching. These trainings give me a lot of tools to give you the most suitable courses for your physical condition, your age and your state of mind. Beyond the diplomas and the various teaching training courses, yoga remains for me a great passion that I have great pleasure in sharing! My name is Zoe, I am 29 years old. I offer several types of yoga including dynamic yoga in which the sequence of postures is done to the rhythm of breathing (Vinyasa) in these rather physical classes while softening and strengthening the body, it improves the cardiovascular system. I also offer Yin Yoga classes, a practice very close to meditation, based on relaxation through stretching, which aims to make your entire body more calm and flexible, as well as to gradually improve your posture in everyday life. As for the physical part, Yin Yoga is especially beneficial to connective tissues and joints. For those who want to take their yoga level to the next level, we will also be able to work the bandhas, the energy locks, which will allow you to develop awareness of the chakras and actively work them. In my classes we can therefore work on the relaxation of muscles, muscle strengthening either gently or in intensity, balance, correcting postural errors (including the relief of your back problems for example), reduction stress while moving on the body and breathing (pranayama). These classes will also allow you to take the time to listen to your body, which will allow you to reconnect with your emotions and your inner state.
