Why Yoga ?

What is Yoga? Yoga is a practice, a way of knowledge that appeared in India more than 4,000 years ago ! By practicing, you can actually feel better in your mind and your heart, and be happier !
Who am I and what do I offer?
I'm Claudia, Yoga Teacher formed by Gérard Arnaud, the seat of the French Federation of Yoga. I offer dynamic yoga (Vinyasa) and also softer (Hatha). Courses can be individual or in small groups. It is designed for adults and children alike, men, as well as women; In fact, Yoga is beneficial for everyone!
Private lessons are an excellent way to start yoga because I will adapt to your needs and your goals.
