Hi! I am Neelam. I did my Asst. Yog Teacher(300 hrs) course in Ashtang yog from Patanjali Yogpeeth. From last 1 year I have been teaching yog. Yog balances all our doshas and helps to achieve inner peace. Yogic life requires deciplin.
