About Isaac
I am a polyglot in process. Since I love learning about the cultures of other countries, I found out the best way to achieve that is by learning their languages to be able to absorb their cultures in the purest possible way.
I tried to learn different languages through traditional classes but I felt that I was learning quite slow since I did not like doing repetitive grammar exercises or memorizing vocabulary words from a list, so I decided to learn on my own. Over with time I discovered the ways that are easier and more efficent for me to learn.
I would like to be able to teach in such a way that it feels fun and relaxed, always receiving feedback from the student so that they constantly feel that they are progressing. Thus avoiding the technicalities of a teacher in a classroom with predetermined subjects and gradings that say nothing about your proficiency in the language.

First of all, I talk to the student to established their desired goals in a fixed period of time. Then a personalized study plan is presented, according to their interests and their way of learning, and they are explained why it works.
Classes develop progressively, each class builds for the next. The basics are constantly being practiced in order to have a firm base of knowledge. So when one begins to explore more advanced topics, the student can express himself in a natural way and it is not difficult for him to do so.
I seek to teach through watching videos, reading, watching series, movies, hearing songs, writing stories, reading comics and talking one on one. This way learning vocabulary is way more organic, avoiding repetitive exercises.
The classes are aimed at people who seek to start learning French in a different way and those who already have some knowledge of the language but are looking to learn a more fun way.
