About Michelle
"Many guitarists find themselves stuck because they focus on visual tabs rather than internalising the music. Reading music is actually the easiest part once you understand the underlying mechanics of the fretboard. I leverage my 12 years of experience to help you master lead guitar, fingerpicking, and electric technique.
We will tackle tuning and maintenance until your gear feels like an extension of your own body. I provide a monthly recorded review of your progress so you can track your growth over time. You will be playing with more clarity and rhythmic confidence in no time."

"Having performed as a classical vocalist for 13 years, I understand the discipline required to execute complex music under pressure. It is funny, but I actually apply the same rigorous breath control and rhythmic precision to my guitar teaching. I have worked with 276 students to date, helping everyone from complete beginners to advanced players find their rhythm.
My 12 years of experience allow me to spot technical hurdles before they become habits. Even after finishing my MMus in London, I continued to balance my vocal career with teaching guitar.
I enjoy watching students connect with their instrument in a way that feels natural and personal. You might be surprised how much your ear training improves when we tackle these techniques together. Playing should be fun and physically effortless for every player I coach. I am fully prepared to help you reach your goals."
