About Chadlee
I am from Cape Town and a current student at UCT. I hope to continue my passion for acting by helping others become great in the field. I believe in enriching others and helping others, with knowledge, specifically. My passion for acting started when I was 13 and still lives on within me. With my passion for acting, my lessons entail a comprehensive structure starting from warm-ups, emotional connection and building onto “the character”. I incorporate teaching students how to analyze scenes and end lessons off with improvisation to enhance spontaneity as well and creativity to think outside of the box. Feedback is provided at the end of each lesson. My methods are built on Stanislavski’s technique called “Method Acting” and has some influence from Bertolt Brecht’s Epic Theatre. I teach in English and Afrikaans!
