About Phyllis
Instruction began for me as a way to bridge the gap between abstract melody and concrete vocabulary. I spent 12 years refining a method that utilizes the rhythmic nature of song to accelerate how students process complex ESL structures.
Working alongside IELTS candidates and high-level business professionals requires a precise focus on accuracy. My BFA in Music Performance from Concordia University provides a unique lens through which I view syntax and phonology. I have supported 434 students in achieving their goals by applying this dual-disciplinary framework.
Integrating these fields has become the foundation of my professional identity. Results are built on this consistent and logical foundation.
