About Sam
I’m a passionate boxing coach and former competitive boxer with over 10 years of experience in the sport.
Throughout my boxing journey, I’ve had the opportunity to gain real fight experience, train alongside and learn from Olympians and high-level athletes, and develop a deep understanding of what it takes to improve both physically and mentally.
I’ve also had experience training large groups, individuals, beginners and recreational athletes, helping people of different abilities develop their fitness, boxing skills and confidence.
For me, boxing is about more than just throwing punches.
It’s about discipline, confidence, fitness, resilience and pushing yourself beyond what you thought you were capable of.
Whether you’re completely new to boxing, looking to improve your fitness, lose weight, build strength, learn proper boxing fundamentals or simply want a fun and challenging way to train — your sessions will be designed around your goals, your ability and your progress.
