About Taylor
I am an artist that started her career in dance. I started training at 2 years old, joining my first ballet company at 7 years old, and starting competitive dance at 10. I have trained all over the country and with incredible, award-winning choreographers/instructors. The studio I danced with was an award-winning studio and is well-known in the Midwest area. In High School, I started teaching Ballet, Musical Theater, Hip Hop, Jazz, and Tap to ages 2-15 at my dance studio, and loved every second of it. I now study Acting at the Savannah College of Art and Design, while still continuing to take dance classes with professors who have had a career on Broadway. My training is vast and colorful, and has shaped me into the instructor I am today.

My lessons will cover the basics in the beginning, warming you up, by going back to the basic techniques, then moving into a more challenging rigor for the dancer (suit for their level). Doing combinations of technique across their floor, and ending with a mini combination to a song that matches the level of dance they are currently at.
I am not like the strict ballet teachers you hear stories of, yet a caring and supportive instructor that has been through 17 years of training in this art and understands the struggles and commitment it takes. I want to strive to give the best critiques while keeping this fun and the dancer's passion alive.
I teach levels beginning to intermediate, starting as young as 2 years old. All genders welcome! :)
