About Sophie
I am currently a year 13 student who has given tutoring to three other students, one of my students went from really struggling in Chemistry (the subject I was helping in) to gaining a real passion and undertaking it as an A-level. I have also helped to lead my schools History Club, teaching a group of about 10 children aged 11-14 in History as well as volunteering as a teaching assistant in French classes for 30 children aged 7-11. I am really passionate about my subject and hope to study it at university next year after completing A-levels in French, History, English Literature and Chemistry.

I would like to help anyone struggling up to and including A-level study, as a peer I am able to empathise with issues that may be being had as well as having a fresh perspective on how to tackle them. I work by trying to instil a passion for the subject and by fostering an intellectual curiosity that will enable students to, not only, be more independent with their learning but also access top levels when it comes to examinations.
