About Tara
I am a high-achiever who strives to get the best results possible in a given situation. When you are struggling with a certain subject, it is ordinary to begin hating and dreading it, however I will help you understand and (eventually) love the subject. From experience, the easiest way to succeed in any subject is to learn in fun, memorable ways (eg using mnemonics) and I will encorporate these into your lessons. I have a passion for math and science and intend to study maths at university so these subjects are my expertise to teach. My aim is to help students achieve the grades they need and want and help them gain the skills needed in order to succeed and hence love the subject.

As I am still in education (sixth form/college) I am up to date with an array of methods which help me and my peers best learn and revise subjects. After completing my GCSEs recently with 11 9s (including math, statistics and further math and the 3 sciences), and 2 8s, I have learned to adapt to a wide range of teaching styles and can therefore implement these as I tutor. I will personalise each lesson to the students goals and capabilities and make each lesson interactive and enjoyable. My lessons are best suited for GCSE STEM students and all SATs and 11+ students.
