I've been in the industry for 23 years now and have done almost anything there is to do in this industry and I am excited for this new adventure. I've worked fine dining to pub from steakhouse to Italian and I would love to share my knowledge with you.

A Typical Lesson Plan
The Prep & Concept (10 mins): We break down the goal of the day, review core safety/knife skills, and organize our workspace.
Hands-On Execution (40 mins): We dive into active cooking, focusing heavily on temperature control, texture, and flavor balancing.
Review & Tasting (10 mins): We evaluate the final dish together, discussing adjustments, presentation, and how to replicate the success independently.
