About Wesley
I am a former Marine, after my honorable service, I worked in corporate America, went to college at night to earn my BA in Management and did personal training on the side. In 2014 I opened my fitness club and became the CEO of my own corporation. Better Business Bureau member for several years. I work with clients from all age groups, but I specialize in working with seniors to help them stay functional without the use of a cane, walker or wheelchair. I would like to further my business by working with clients online as I have done in the past when COVID was out of control.

I will design programs with the equipment you have on hand. Your workouts will be sent prior to the session, you'll work for 30, 45 or 60 minutes, your choice. If once a week, then a full body Wkout, 3 day split, lower body, upper body, then core.
