About Ayona
I am a person who started off absoluting hating maths and never saw a future for me in it from a very young age. Maths was always straight foward in lessons however when it came to exams, my marks were low and I never understood where the mistake was in my revision. It was until year 9 that i realised that the key thing about maths is practice. The concepts of maths are generally easy to understand but you may be misguided because maths mean application of that knowledge which is only via practice. When I put effort in practicing maths I started seeing results hence why I left gcse with a grade 8 and I am currently doing A-level Maths which i am currently predicted an A in. It is hard to make maths fun but i don't think my ways will disappoint.

Maths is all about practice. Since i've only recently finished GCSE ad i am pursuing my interest in maths via A-level Mathematics. All the contents of maths gcse and topics taught at Key Stage 3 are clear in my mind and i'm aware of the exam techniques that an examiner is looking for, which some teachers may not point out to students. There are many different methods to a question in maths. Some methods in maths are easier than others which i have been taught, therefore the student I am tutoring can use a memorable method which they will remember when it comes to an exam. Practice in maths in key, therefore after each topic mini tests as well as challenging homework may be set. teaching gcse, ks3 and even primary school students now, I have experience how mathematics is understood to different minds.
