About Rumaisa
Hello! I'm Rumaisa, a passionate, qualified educator with over 7 years of teaching experience across diverse subjects—including English, Creative Writing, Biology, and IELTS/TOEFL preparation. I hold a TEFL/TESOL certification, a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering, complemented by several teaching diplomas and digital learning certifications. My journey into teaching began with a simple belief: learning should never feel like a burden. It should spark curiosity, build confidence, and open doors. That’s why I aim to make every lesson meaningful, engaging, and tailored to each student’s strengths and goals. Having taught students from different age groups and cultural backgrounds, I understand that no two learners are the same. Whether you're a young student preparing for your first exam or an adult looking to improve your writing or language fluency, I create a safe and supportive environment where growth is not only possible—but inevitable. I’m here to help you succeed, not just in exams, but in how you think, write, and express yourself. Let’s turn your challenges into achievements—one personalized lesson at a time.

As a passionate and TEFL-certified educator with over 7 years of experience, I believe every learner has a unique voice—and my job is to help them find it, shape it, and express it confidently through writing and language. -Teaching Style & Methodology My lessons are highly personalized, interactive, and built around student goals. Whether you're writing essays for IGCSE, preparing for IELTS, or exploring creative writing, I focus on: Student-centered learning: Tailoring content to suit learning pace, strengths, and interests. Step-by-step skill building: Grammar, structure, vocabulary, and flow—each taught clearly and practically. Critical thinking & creativity: Encouraging original thought, analysis, and self-expression. Feedback-focused sessions: Regular, constructive feedback helps learners track progress and improve with confidence. I use engaging resources like writing prompts, past papers, visual aids, mind maps, and digital tools (Google Docs, slides, live editing) to make learning dynamic and results-driven. -Lesson Duration A typical session lasts 60 minutes, though I also offer 90-minute deep-dive sessions for exam prep or writing projects upon request. -Qualifications & Experience I hold a Bachelor’s in Biomedical Engineering, a Master’s in Healthcare Management, and a TEFL/TESOL certification, along with advanced teacher training diplomas and multiple digital pedagogy certifications. I’ve taught students across South Asia, the Middle East, and globally in both online and classroom settings. -Who My Lessons Are For My lessons are suitable for: Students (Grade 6 – University Level) needing help with academic or creative writing, grammar, reading, and speaking. Exam candidates preparing for IELTS, TOEFL, or PTE. Young writers and English learners who want to build confidence and fluency. Adults & professionals seeking support with written communication or language clarity.
