About Kristy

As I mentioned, I have my M.A. and have taught online and in person. I love to visit historical sites and museums, and do so often. I research random historical topics to keep active with learning. I have Archaeology field, lab, and archive experience. I have lived in Turkey and spent time in Greece - so I can be at the history. In the photo I am at a Roman benefactor statue base, with epigraphy (an inscription) noting (in Greek) the benefactor statue was approved by the city council.

About the lesson

I plan lessons based on the needs and goals of the individual. It seems most people learn better if they are comfortable and maybe even having fun with the information. I love, and am excited about, the topics so would be happy to help you learn what you need to know. I am positive, communicative, and kind.

Alfred

Kristy and I have known each other for more than 30 years. We both worked for the same company (Europe by Car, Inc.), and after she left the company we remained good friends and stayed in touch. She was an exemplary employee at Europe by Car and is trustworthy, efficient, intelligent and capable of handling whatever tasks are assigned to her. She has an unquenchable curiosity and is willing to learn. I highly recommend her. Kind regards, Alfred Celentano (manager, Europe by Car)

I met Kristy while travelling. Her enthusiasm for classical history makes the events come alive, and therefore more memorable.
