About Tanner
I am an experienced Guitar tutor with 12 years of teaching experience. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to explore the world of music and improve their guitar skills.
My teaching philosophy is centred on patience and understanding. I believe that students should learn at their own pace while enjoying the process. I encourage steady practice and provide continuous support to help learners overcome challenges.
My lessons include basic and advanced guitar techniques, rhythm exercises, fingerstyle methods, music theory, and song performance. I aim to make every lesson engaging and productive.
Throughout my career, I have guided many students who have gone on to perform confidently in public events and cultural programmes. Their progress and enthusiasm are my greatest rewards as a teacher.
My mission is to help students become skilled musicians and enjoy a lifelong connection with music.

I follow a flexible and student-friendly teaching methodology that focuses on growth, confidence, and creativity. I understand that every student has different interests, so I adjust my lessons to suit their individual needs.
My Guitar classes include technical exercises, rhythm training, scales, chord progressions, and song performance. Advanced students also receive guidance in improvisation and creative expression.
I provide continuous encouragement and maintain clear communication with students. I believe that positive feedback and regular practice are essential for long-term success.
Besides Guitar, I also teach music theory, ear training, rhythm exercises, and songwriting basics. These additional subjects help students gain a deeper understanding of music.
My goal is to help students build confidence, develop discipline, and enjoy every stage of their musical journey.
