I am a patient teacher who is passionate about grammar and rhetoric.
Each lesson begins with a review of the assignment, job application, or prompt to identify the assignment goals and the methods needed to accomplish these objectives.
We will then work together to create an outline with specific targets, so the student can comfortably begin the writing process.
If the student comes prepared with a draft, we will review the draft for content and grammar. During review, I make a point of explaining the rules and concepts behind the changes to enhance the learning process.
