Having taught a class of 40 in IIT Kanpur for a semester I know a thing or two about what works with different people. There is no one size fits all when explaining concepts are concerned. From making students solve coding problems to taking quiz on the concepts explained, whatever helps the students develop an interest is what I prioritize. Broadly speaking I strongly believe the best way to learn CS subjects is hands on. Will be working on developing strong concepts and a love for the subject which would help the student solve problems on their own.
