Working on my bachelors for social work. I aced my TSI, and love math. I think that everyone can be great at math with the right teacher. I also thoroughly enjoy helping others understand math better.

About Nicole
I’m working on a bachelor's in social work, and I just finished a statistical math course. Many of the students had a look of terror and horror. I of course offered my help to many of them. Through doing that I learned that most students needed just a little extra help. It was their lack of confidence that plagued them the most. Everyone is wonderfully different and they learn differently as well. But I find it a goal to help everyone find their niche in math. Most of the time it’s just a little extra practice and believing in your own skills.

I believe with the right approach and environment everyone can excel in math. Everyone learns in different ways and at a different pace. I’ve always enjoyed helping others in math. Not just learn it, but also to understand math. I believe in a strong foundation and the actual understanding the way math works.
