I was trained by chef Derek Walker who is an amazing chef who was also a winner on chopped. I have worked in different scenarios from a short order cook to fine dining for restaurant like Chinois on Main for Wolfgang Puck and Jason Neronis Superba Snackbar. I have also assisted many celebrity chefs in major events like the taste of LA. I am passionate about what I and love to share my skills and experiences.
