About Ivy
With a MSc in Radiochemistry and more than 5 years of tutoring experience, I teach chemistry with a focus on food and nutrition. My expertise lies in macromolecules such as proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. I guide students in understanding their biological and dietary roles. Food additives are also a major part of my lessons, from preservatives to flavor enhancers. I explain how they work and how they affect health.
