About Khizer
I am a recent Yale-NUS College graduate with a major in Philosophy and Economics. I believe that philosophical reasoning is valuable for SAT prep because it fosters critical thinking and encourages methodical approaches to questions. My students have successfully improved their problem-solving skills with this method. Additionally, I am working on a SAT YouTube channel to make my content accessible to all students.

• I begin each session by analyzing the student’s strengths and weaknesses to target areas for improvement. Then, I ask the student to explain their thought process on specific questions to identify their approach.
• Next, I introduce a step-by-step method to break down each question into manageable parts, making concepts easier to understand.
• I focus on specific strategies for each question type. For example, in Command of Evidence questions, I teach students to isolate relevant evidence and connect it to the correct answer.
• As we work through the material, I guide the student through each question, explaining both the solution and the reasoning.
• To reinforce their learning, I test their understanding by providing similar questions for independent practice.
