About George
Starting from the age of 24, I have worked in many gyms and spent a long time developing my physique. From the start, I was not able to lift many weights or perform the right techniques, but through practice, dedication, and passion for fitness I have lost over 10kg of fat and have managed to maintain the same weight over the past 5 years, whilst increasing my endurance and strength.
I mainly focus on different types of resistance training: hypertrophy, endurance and power, but have recently started to use cardiovascular training
I provide one to one training depending on the needs of the client, but also able to write workout plans and monitor the client remotely via video or voice chat

I have spent over a decade in the fitness industry and can provide plans for individuals who would like to either lose fat, gain muscle, and change their physique.
Beginning with stretching and a warm up, I incorporate resistance training with HIIT sessions to increase muscle mass whilst burning fat, resulting in better body definition.
No matter your level of fitness or knowledge of fitness techniques, I aim to provide the desired results for my clients and keep them engaged in each session.
