About Mirta
I stand by the piano and wait for the breath to drop before we even start a note. My teaching style is calm and observant.
I have taught 357 students over my 4 years of experience. Precision matters more than volume. I track pitch control and vibrato development with absolute detail.
My sessions feel grounded and steady. You can expect a focus on healthy habits. I prioritize the mechanics of resonance and range extension above all else.

You need honest feedback on your phrasing and harmony skills to improve. I offer a free trial lesson to check your range and goals before we commit to a plan. We look at everything from belting technique to genre styling for pop or musical theatre. My degree from USC Thornton School of Music informs how I break down complex rhythm concepts.
