About Aly
In high school, I overachieved in both academics and athletics. My transition into college went roughly, as I could not understand how things in my high school AP classes came so easy, but I had to try so hard in college to be at least average. I leaned about self discipline and time management and was able to finish college very strong. Grad school was the cherry on top because it’s a place in which you get to fully immerse yourself into the subjects you love most.

I feel that I am a very relatable teacher. I thrive on understanding each individual’s learning style in order to give them the best chance at success. I also love to take mental health into account while learning. I believe that learning does not always have to be aggravating and frustrating, but it can be both fun and exciting.
