About Gelila
I'm a native Amharic speaker who has been living in the US for almost 10 years. I love helping people learn about Ethiopian culture, and I'd be happy to help you learn Amharic! I just recently started tutoring for fun and was told to start offering tutoring services because my student enjoyed how I tutored. I am very patient and friendly, which I believe is very important in order to get the best results out of our sessions.

My tutoring sessions are focused on building confidence and self-esteem by creating a fun learning environment. I use a variety of fun and engaging games to make learning easy and enjoyable. Providing personalized feedback based on each student's individual strengths and weaknesses is a critical part of my tutoring. I tutor basic Amharic for beginners.
