About Hiba
I am an a level student who possesses deep passion for mental health, and helping those in need. I aim to help improve the life choices young people in particular make in order to help better influence their life chances and aid them in the right path. I show lots of empathy and find that I can easily relate to the struggles of those I encounter aswell as exploring different methods to help soothe their feelings, on a case to case basis as everyone works in different ways.
I enjoy teaching English, particularly to children and love working and seeing progress. I find that very rewarding. I would like to help as many people as I can to get to where they need to be.

My teaching methods are interactive, I focus on the wishes of the person engaging in order to best assist them and encourage their independence for the future. I aim to help the person find the relevant coping mechanism which works for them, in order to achieve a long term solution for their issues. That way, they can learn to be at peace with their emotions and what they have gone through.
I also take a huge emphasis on giving credit and pointing out progress because as humans, we tend to be too harsh on ourselves. I will always encourage my clients to have a more positive outlook on life and see the many blessings they have around despite their adversities.
