About Mustafa
I am a graduate of Biology and I am studying Sports Management. I have been dealing with and training Crossfit Sports for 7 years. I form the infrastructure of physical competence required in many sports such as football, wrestling, boxing, basketball and volleyball. I have a Crossfit referee certificate and a wellness 1st level training certificate.

I would like our trainings to have received the "can exercise" report from the doctor before the physical proficiency test. You will perhaps learn a lot of movements new, as we will apply the crossfit and functional training style. For this reason, if we want our training to be more efficient, we must pass the physical proficiency test. Otherwise, 4 class technical training will be with you. Functional training, the fastest and most effective training style, will be with you in a personalized way. I wish you a healthy life already.
