About Matilda
I have had a lot of experience in environments where mental health is key, and needs to be monitored constantly. I myself have been through situations which require a lot of attention to detail in terms of self care and nourishment. I have interacted on multiple occasions with pyscho therapists, yoga therapists and pastoral workers, taking all of their expertise and advice on board.

My teaching method is definitely holistic. I think in this department, talking is absolutely vital, and we need to get the conversation going, so that I can note down what areas I feel we can work on. I like to put schedules and plans in place, finding a self care routine for the student and working together to find what calms and eases the anxieties of the student.
