About Rosie
I am a graduate with a Sports Science degree from Loughborough University, ranked the number one university for Sport in the world.
I am also a qualified gym instructor and Level 3 Sports Massage therapist.
I have extensively researched the complex cause of Obesity, and models of behavioral change, I understand that for many people becoming fit is not simply a case of eat less and exercise more.
