About Ada
Hello! My name is Ada and I'd love to be your next Math tutor :)
A little bit about me:
- I studied Mathematics and Computer Science at the University of Waterloo (rated #39 in the world and #3 in Canada for its Math faculty).
- In high school I did the IB Programme and received a level 7 in SL Mathematics.
- I've been tutoring kids and teens for the last 8 years to share my passion and tricks that make Math easier!

My main goal is to translate complex math topics into ideas that are easier to understand/visualize based on your personal learning style. I want to work together with you to make learning Math more fun. With enough practice from you and help from me, I strongly believe I can help you achieve your academic goals!
A lesson with me typically lasts ~1 hour and will cover whatever topics you need the most help with, whether it's learning fundamentals, practice problems, or attempting more challenging problems to strengthen critical thinking. In any case, I encourage asking questions and thinking out loud to promote your own learning.
