Music theory provides the framework that makes your playing feel intentional rather than accidental. I teach by breaking down complex concepts into accessible steps. With my 17 years of experience, I ensure that you understand the mechanics of blues progressions and barre chords.
Acoustic and electric techniques are explored through the songs you actually want to play. If you have a favorite track you want to learn, I turn your song requests into simplified arrangements.

Playing guitar is about the groove, and I keep things moving forward with an energetic approach. I have spent 17 years helping people find their sound. Having taught 359 students ranging from working professionals to self-taught adults, I know where you get stuck. I love seeing the moment a difficult passage finally clicks for someone.
