About Sterling
Hi! I’m Sterling — a working actor and voice performer with years of experience in TV, film, and voiceover. I’m not an engineer — even though I fully wrote and produced my own audio drama, The Trinity Squad — I’m a performance coach. I help actors and beginners find natural, confident, bookable VO reads. (concealed information) I specialize in: • audition prep • intention & emotional clarity • pacing and energy • conversational commercial reads • character choices for animation • building strong second and third takes My coaching style is simple, supportive, and practical. I’ll help you understand why your read isn’t landing and how to make it instantly clearer, warmer, and more engaging — without overthinking or sounding “actor-y.” If you’re brand new, great. If you’re nervous, even better. If you’ve never booked, totally fine. My job is to help you sound like the best version of YOU — grounded, connected, and ready to hit “record” without stress.
