About Tirza
My teaching methodology for Singing is grounded in Collaboration, Flexibility, Integrity, and Positivity, creating a supportive and engaging environment where every student feels encouraged to grow. I believe that each learner has a unique voice and style, so my lessons focus on developing breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal range, tone quality, and emotional expression, while also fostering creativity and confidence in performance. I take a flexible, student-centred approach, adapting exercises, repertoire, and techniques to suit the individual’s skill level, learning style, and musical preferences. I provide constructive feedback with integrity, maintaining a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages experimentation, growth, and self-expression. Beyond Singing, I also teach music theory, ear training, stage presence, and performance techniques, offering a well-rounded musical foundation. By combining technical skill development with creative exploration and real-world application, my methodology empowers students to become expressive, confident, and versatile vocalists. I am a passionate Singer, Songwriter, and Vocal Coach with 2 years of experience, having successfully taught 150–200 students across all levels. My goal is to help each student discover and develop their unique voice while building confidence, technical skill, and musical expression. I focus on essential elements such as breath control, pitch accuracy, vocal range, tone quality, and emotional expression, ensuring that every learner gains a strong foundation in singing while enjoying the creative process. I emphasise collaboration and positive reinforcement, creating a supportive environment where students feel encouraged to explore, experiment, and perform. Through a combination of structured exercises, real-world applications, and performance techniques, I guide students towards achieving measurable progress in their vocal abilities. In addition to Singing, I teach music theory, ear training, stage presence, and expressive performance, providing students with a comprehensive understanding of music. My lessons aim to nurture technical proficiency, creativity, and artistic expression simultaneously. Whether a beginner finding their voice or an advanced singer refining their skills, I am dedicated to helping students grow into confident, expressive, and versatile performers, ready to share their music with the world.
