About Sanchari

I am Sanchari Dastidar, an Independent Singer/Songwriter and a Vocal Coach/Classical trainer with over 5 years of teaching experience.

I believe in practicality, I will teach you what you need to learn as a real world singer. I will help you groom your vocal to go from a beginner to a professional level singer.
I can also train you in both, Indian (Hindustani) Classical or Western Classical singing, whichever you prefer.

About the lesson

If you want to learn what it truly takes to become a professional singer or vocalist, then this is for you.
It covers everything from beginner to advanced level of Vocal Development, including structured training in both Indian (Hindustani) classical and Western classical music, as explained below:

1. Breath management techniques and exercises.
2. Understanding the different octaves, scales, and note cycles with theory.
3. Get your vocal trained in the lower, mid and upper registers through various exercises.
4. Learn to understand the importance of each & every note and their presentation technique.
5. Learn and Master different elements for vocal building, like Dynamics, Resonance, Agility, Modulation, etc.
6. Master your pitch accuracy and flexibility.
7. Understanding of each point with the proper theoretical concept.
8. Learn & Master the techniques to build "GAMAK" in your vocal.
9. Indian classical with proper understanding of Alap, Bandish, Vistar and Taan.
10. Western classical with all the key elements like Falsetto, Vibrato, Belting, Lip Trilling, Lip Rolling and many more.
