About Mira
I have over 5 years of experience as a singing tutor and hold a DMA in Vocal Performance. I work with adult beginners, hobbyists, and anyone returning to singing after time away. My lessons focus on creating a supportive, low-pressure environment where learning is fun.
I emphasize breathwork, posture, vocal relaxation, and mindful engagement with music. Tone development is a key focus, and we explore genres like Jazz, Folk, Blues, and Contemporary Adult. Lessons are flexible to suit your personal goals, whether for choirs, karaoke, or social gatherings.
I am passionate about helping students discover singing as a creative outlet and a source of confidence. Progress is celebrated step by step, and each voice is treated as unique. My goal is to make singing feel natural, healthy, and joyful. Everyone is welcome to start or restart their singing journey. Singing is for anyone at any stage of life. I teach singing with a focus on longevity and vocal health. Students learn to build stamina, manage fatigue, and recover efficiently after performances. Breath support, posture, and tone development are central to my lessons.
Lessons include practical strategies for touring singers and ensemble performers. Pre- and post-performance care is integrated into every session. We work on strengthening the voice safely for long-term use.
I specialize in supporting soloists in training and church ensemble players. My goal is to help singers protect their instrument for years to come. Mindful practice, gradual progression, and proper technique are emphasized. Students gain confidence while maintaining vocal health. Every exercise and routine prioritizes sustainability.
