About Lynn
I am a passionate and experienced Flute tutor with over 9 years of teaching experience. I teach School, College, and working professional students who want to learn flute in a simple, clear, and supportive environment.
My teaching style is patient, disciplined, and student-friendly. I focus on correct breathing, posture, finger technique, tone quality, rhythm control, and musical expression. I believe strong fundamentals lead to confident playing.
Along with flute lessons, I teach music theory, sight reading, rhythm training, scale practice, ear training, and performance preparation. I also guide students through exams and assessments.
My unique skill is helping students build confidence through structured learning and encouragement. My goal is to help students enjoy flute learning and develop a lifelong connection with music.

I use a flexible and creative teaching methodology for flute that focuses on clear communication and supportive learning. I explain flute concepts in simple language and demonstrate techniques to help students learn correctly.
Open communication allows students to share their challenges and receive helpful feedback. Creativity is encouraged through musical exercises, tone development practice, and expressive playing that keeps students motivated.
Lessons are adjusted to suit each student’s learning speed, ability, and goals. Flute lessons include breathing control, posture, embouchure, finger technique, articulation, scales, rhythm, and sight reading.
In addition to flute instruction, I teach related subjects such as music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and performance preparation to support complete musical development.
