About Greg
I have worked in the sports and fitness industry for over 30 years and worked with people from 13 years old through to full time athletes.
I have a degree in Physical education but I have learnt most of my skills working alongside great trainers & coaches during my career and learning from some of the world's best.
I am passionate about preparing people for their sport to maximise their performance and I can help you just as I have been helped by the best.
