About Louise
With 15 years of experience and more than 150 students successfully trained, I am a passionate Guitar tutor committed to helping learners discover their musical identity. I work with students of all levels and tailor lessons based on their goals—whether it’s mastering chords, learning favorite songs, improving rhythm, or exploring different styles. My approach focuses on clarity, motivation, and consistent progress. I use a mix of practical exercises, theory essentials, ear-training, and creative tasks to ensure well-rounded development. I make complex techniques easy to understand by breaking them into simple steps that students can practice confidently. My strength lies in creating a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable making mistakes and asking questions. I aim to help every learner grow not only as a guitarist but as a confident and expressive musician.

My Guitar teaching methodology is rooted in Adaptation to Learning Styles, Flexibility, Collaboration, and Positivity. I recognize that every learner is unique, so I begin by observing their learning behavior—whether they prefer clear instructions, visual examples, or learning through trial and error. This allows me to create a teaching style perfectly suited to their personality.
Flexibility helps me adjust lessons on the spot. If a student finds strumming patterns difficult, we slow down and focus on rhythm-building exercises. If they find chord shapes challenging, I introduce alternative fingerings or step-by-step drills. Advanced students receive more complex material, such as melodic patterns, riffs, or fingerstyle work.
Collaboration is essential to my teaching practice. I involve students in the learning process by letting them choose genres and songs they enjoy—pop, rock, soft acoustic, or classical. When students play music they love, they stay engaged and progress smoothly.
A positive atmosphere is important in every session. I use friendly guidance, patience, and encouragement to help students grow without fear of mistakes. I believe that confidence develops through small achievements, so I make sure students recognize and celebrate their progress.
Besides Guitar, I also teach core subjects like music theory basics, rhythm skills, and beginner songwriting. My goal is to help each student become a confident, expressive, and motivated musician.
